Side Plank Pose for Lower Back Health:
 

A few weeks ago I uploaded Plank Pose as part of the new yoga challenge series.  This week I have uploaded a related exercise, Side Plank Pose which is excellent for strengthening your lower back and toning your side abdominal muscles (obliques).
