Greetings and welcome to the July edition of the Mastery of Meditation and Yoga newsletter.  I am happy to report that this newsletter now reaches over 100,000 subscribers.  Thank you all for your love and support :-).

Props can be very helpful in improving your yoga practice and this is especially true for beginners or seniors.  So to help you learn how to use props I will be publishing some articles and newsletters on this topic over the next few weeks.  In this edition specifically I will show you how to use a regular chair to do and enjoy some wonderful stretching and strengthening exercises.

The chair yoga poses are quite clear to do from the illustrations below. Come into the poses gently without strain and hold each pose for 30 seconds to 2 minutes.  You can cycle through all the stretches 3 times for maximum benefit.
